The Homes
Residence, Vista, Grandé and Skies all offer 1-bedrooms and 2-bedrooms with study. At Breeze the 1-bedroom, the 3-bedroom and the townhouses have one, and the 2-bedroom has a maid's room instead. Oasis has 1-bedrooms with study plus a 2-bedroom with maid's room. Every type is on its project page with the verified area and the drawing.
Semi-furnished, with the kitchen fitted and European built-in appliances in it. One palette runs through all six projects — marble and granite, porcelain tile, solid and engineered wood, tempered glass, stainless steel — and Floareá Breeze is the only one whose brochure publishes it as an itemised list. No document names a manufacturer yet.
Yes. Floor-plan drawings for every unit type are published on each project page with the printed total area on each drawing, and the full floor-plan document is available under Documents.
Some are. Floareá Residence is handed over and occupied, and its photographs are of the project itself; its gallery shows the design images from the brochure. Grandé, Oasis and Vista are photographed in their show apartments, which are fitted-out samples rather than units for sale. Skies and Breeze are renders throughout, because there is nothing built to photograph yet. The terms page lists which is which.
