- The concierge
- The "Ask" panel answers from the published content of this site, on your device. Questions are not transmitted or recorded; if you choose the WhatsApp handoff, your question goes to the sales team as a message you see first.
- Cookies
- None, unless you allow measurement. Then Google Analytics sets its own cookies on this site — _ga, and one _ga_ cookie for each of its properties — which last up to two years, and Microsoft Clarity sets _clck and _clsk, which last up to a year.
- Forms
- The enquiry, register-interest and document forms take a name and a WhatsApp number. They are used to compose your message to the sales team and, on the live site, to register your enquiry with our sales system so a person follows up. They are not sold, shared with brokers, or added to a newsletter.
- Maps and films
- A project page loads Google Maps or a YouTube film only when you choose to view it, and Google's own terms apply to them. Until then nothing loads from either.
- Measurement
- Only if you allow it on the notice at your first visit; until then no analytics script loads. Google Analytics then counts page views and which contact routes are used — WhatsApp, telephone, email, the enquiry forms and the document unlock — so the sales team can see which pages bring enquiries. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used — scrolling, clicks and session replays — with typed text masked. Neither receives your name, number, email address or messages, and advertising features are off.

- Stored on your device
- After you unlock a project's documents, your name and number are kept in your own browser's storage so the documents stay unlocked on other project pages. Clearing your browser data removes this.

- Conversations on WhatsApp are governed by WhatsApp's own terms and our sales process. The number is +971 54 549 5952, answered 10am to 7pm.
