Dubai — sales centre in Business Bay, sites across five districts

Our brand rule is 'photograph what is built'. Floareá Residence is photographed and five projects are not. Your first assignment is written on the website before you are: the monthly construction record those five pages promise, and the show apartments at Skies and Breeze, which have none.

What you will do

Shoot Floareá Residence in Arjan — delivered and occupied — as the site's first real photography: exteriors, amenities, and the courtyard the renders promised.
Own the monthly construction record the project pages promise: three fixed angles, the same lens, the first working day of each month, delivered for publication by the tenth.
Build the photographic library the brand book requires as each project completes — five more are on the way to handover.
Replace the renders. The terms page names which projects are photographed and which are drawn; your work is what moves a name from the second list to the first.

What we are looking for

Architectural and interiors work you can show, shot on your own brief.
Discipline about repeatable setups — the monthly record only works if March matches February exactly.
Comfort working on active construction sites across Dubai.

Videographer

Dubai — sales centre in Business Bay, sites across five districts

One construction-update video exists on our press page. The channel it belongs to — construction honesty, told monthly, on the platforms our buyers already use — is yours to build.

What you will do

Produce the monthly construction updates across the five projects under way, in step with the photographer's fixed-angle record.
Cut launch and handover films for each project.
Make the short-form versions for the brand's live channels: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Hold the brand line: warm, specific, and never claiming more than the site itself does.

What we are looking for

A reel with real estate, construction or architecture in it.
Self-contained shooting and editing — one person, site to publish.
Enough Arabic to work a Dubai site and a Dubai audience is a plus; the site publishes in five languages, Arabic among them.

Sales Manager

Dubai — sales centre, 29th Floor, Westburry Office Tower, Business Bay

Three projects are selling now, and every enquiry arrives the same way: on WhatsApp, answered between 10am and 7pm by the team that sells the projects — not a call centre. You run that team and answer for that promise.

What you will do

Own the WhatsApp-first funnel end to end: every lead lands tagged with its source — which page, which document, which figure the buyer ran through the payment planner — and none goes unanswered inside the published hours.
Sell what the website says and nothing more: prices in writing, payment schedules in writing, and the delivery ledger as the record you stand on in every conversation.
Run viewings at the delivered project in Arjan — the strongest sales tool the company owns — and at the sales centre.
Hold the marketing–sales handover to its service levels, and feed back what buyers actually ask so the site can answer it.

What we are looking for

Dubai off-plan sales experience with a record you can walk through deal by deal.
Fluency in the paperwork that protects buyers — escrow, Oqood, DLD — because our buyers arrive having read our guides.
English required; Arabic strongly preferred.
A RERA broker card, or the standing to hold one.
